Tip #1: Use 100% agave tequila:
Did you know that tequila only has to include 51 percent agave spirits to be called tequila? Using a 100% agave tequila over one that includes caramel, grains, and other additives can be the difference between a meh and a marvellous margarita. Casamigos is 100% agave tequila - pure tastes better.

Tip #2: Use fresh juice - not pre-squeezed:
Be sure to use fresh juice (you know, squeezed from an actual citrus fruit) to give your margaritas the best flavour. The pre-squeezed, pre-packaged lime juice you’ll find in the grocery store uses lime oil to give it more flavour.

Tip #3: Make big ice your friend:
Bigger is better when it comes to choosing ice for your margarita. Small pieces of ice melt quickly and dilute your drink. For best results, use bigger pieces of ice.

Make your own: Classic Casamigos Margarita:
Ingredients:
2 oz. Casamigos Reposado or Blanco Tequila, 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice, .25 oz. Fresh Orange Juice, .5 oz. Agave Nectar, .5 oz. Orange Liqueur, Garnish with a lime wheel through a skewer. Get your Casamigos at Tortuga.

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish. Enjoy!

Mission: Mental Health

The Alex Panton Foundation is a not-for-profit with the primary objective of raising awareness of mental illnesses affecting children and young adults in the Cayman Islands with a particular focus on anxiety and depression. This Foundation has been established in memory of Alex Panton, who succumbed to the effects of severe depression at the age of 16. The Alex Panton Foundation aims to provide hope and resources to friends, family, teachers, classmates and careers to help save the lives of children and young adults struggling with mental illness.

Revel Unit will be providing materials for 300 young people to participate in the Foundation’s community outreach workshops delivered on a volunteer basis by clinician consultations to the Foundation.

The mission of the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, a non-profit organisation, is to increase awareness amongst the people of the Cayman Islands of cancer as a major health concern, to initiate positive change in all areas relating to cancer, to prevent the development of cancer and to counsel and support cancer patients and their families.
